By accessing, using, or registering on PROPASS.IO and its subdomains (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Site and all related services immediately.

Prohibited Use: The Site and its services are intended solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. Any attempt to access or use this Site with the intent to harm PROPASS.IO or other entities is strictly prohibited.

Your Personal Account on PROPASS.IO or Any of PROPASS.IO's Subdomains

You are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, selling, or otherwise providing access to your PROPASS.IO account to any third party, whether for compensation or otherwise. You must immediately notify PROPASS.IO of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security. PROPASS.IO will not be liable for any damages resulting from your acts or omissions. PROPASS.IO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or deny access to and use of the Site, or any product or service offered by PROPASS.IO, to any individual or entity for any reason, without any obligation to provide a refund of previously paid amounts.

If you fall under any of these categories, you are expressly and explicitly prohibited from accessing the PROPASS.IO website, products, services, partner sites, or any related materials (virtual or physical). Any existing materials, data, or information related to PROPASS.IO or its representatives that are in your possession must be destroyed immediately.

Our Services

PROPASS.IO provides its Site and related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that PROPASS.IO may, at any time and without notice or liability to you, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or its services, or delete any data you have provided, whether temporarily or permanently. PROPASS.IO will not be responsible for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are required to cease use of the Site immediately.

Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations

To use certain parts of this Site, you may be required to register and provide truthful information. You represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age and will provide accurate and complete information as requested. By registering, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any modifications to them.

Our Products and Software Use

PROPASS.IO sells Memberships. Certain software, products, or content (collectively, "software") may be made available through PROPASS.IO. Such software is owned by freelancers or third parties, not by PROPASS.IO. The software is intended for playful purposes, such as use on private servers with friends. PROPASS.IO disclaims all responsibility if you choose to use these software products for any purpose not intended by their creators. Any misuse or use of these software products in violation of these Terms is done at your own risk.

All software is provided free of charge, but its use requires a Membership. Software use is authorized on one personal computer only. The license key or hardware identification may be tied to your personal computer. You acknowledge and agree that PROPASS.IO may, in its sole discretion, determine whether to allow you to transfer this license to another device and may charge a fee for such transfers. No refunds or partial refunds will be given in the event that the Site ceases operation or fails to provide updates or content for any reason.

PROPASS.IO provides access to private forum areas via Memberships only and does not directly develop, distribute, or sell any software. You agree that your use of such software is at your own discretion and risk.

You accept full responsibility for complying with any game developer policies or End User License Agreements (EULAs) associated with any third-party software. PROPASS.IO is not liable for actions taken by game developers or other entities against users who violate these policies.

If you become aware of a copyright or intellectual property infringement claim concerning any software or other content shared in the private forum areas, please contact us. We will review DMCA or similar takedown notices and may remove infringing content at our sole discretion.

By using the Site, you agree that you will not hold PROPASS.IO liable for any damages, losses, or penalties resulting from your use or misuse of software. Any losses or legal consequences due to bans, account closures, or other actions by third parties are your sole responsibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold PROPASS.IO harmless from any claims arising from your breach of game developer policies, copyright violations, or other legal infringements. This includes any claims related to unauthorized use of software or related services.

Payment Policy

All charges and transactions related to your account must be authorized by the legitimate account holder or payment method owner. Fraudulent activity, including unauthorized charges, will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may result in legal action against you. Account sharing, transferring, or reselling is strictly prohibited and will also result in suspension or termination.

Refund Policy

We have a flexible refund policy. To ensure full functionality, we can provide a complimentary trial ranging from 1 hour up to 1 day, depending on the product, upon request to the administration team. This trial allows you to verify that everything meets your expectations before making a purchase. By accessing the private(purchased) forum areas (logging in, downloading content, etc.) after the trial period, or by choosing not to request a trial and proceeding directly to purchase, you acknowledge receipt of the full value of your subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and remain non-refundable for partial or non-use. Any misuse, such as initiating unwarranted chargebacks or disputes, will result in the immediate termination of your access to PROPASS.IO and all related services. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including seeking damages and recovery of all related fees, against those who engage in chargebacks or other forms of payment fraud.

Refunds may be considered solely in cases where the subscription fails to provide core functionality after comprehensive troubleshooting steps have been taken with our support team. Refund eligibility is limited to situations where the subscription has not been activated and the request is made within three (3) days of purchase. Exchanges for subscriptions of equal or lesser value may be permitted if the original purchase was made in error and the subscription remains unused. Please note that subscriptions cannot be upgraded or downgraded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer does not reasonably cooperate with our support team. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to perform recommended system updates, refusing to reinstall their operating system, refusing to uninstall conflicting software, or any action that impedes our ability to assist and resolve the issue at hand.

Lifetime subscriptions refer to the operational lifetime of the forum/product, not that of the individual user. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, discontinue, or terminate subscriptions, including lifetime subscriptions, at any time and for any reason.

Online Conduct and Cheating

You agree that you are personally responsible for your actions and interactions on PROPASS.IO and the associated client software. You must adhere to common standards of etiquette and refrain from illegal, disruptive, or harmful activities. Should you choose to engage in game-related misconduct (including cheating or violating other EULAs), you assume all associated risks and liabilities. PROPASS.IO may terminate your account or subscriptions without prior notice if it deems your conduct to be illegal, harmful, or detrimental to the user experience. PROPASS.IO also disclaims all responsibility for any loss of game accounts, damages, or penalties imposed upon you by third parties. You agree to hold PROPASS.IO harmless from any claims arising from such activities.

Your Conduct

You agree that all content or data you provide, whether text, software, code, music, sound, images, graphics, video, or other materials (collectively, "Content"), is your sole responsibility. PROPASS.IO exercises no control over third-party Content and disclaims all liability for Content provided by users. By using this Site, you agree not to post, upload, or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise violates any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

PROPASS.IO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or block any Content at any time without notice or liability.

Authentication

Tampering with PROPASS.IO client software, attempting to bypass security measures, or dismantling protective features will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. PROPASS.IO reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorized disclosure of your credentials may result in termination of your account and potential legal action. You must notify PROPASS.IO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Third Party Services

Some products and services advertised or made available on or through this Site may be provided by third parties. PROPASS.IO is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, reliability, or any other aspect of third-party products or services. All dealings with third parties are solely between you and such third parties, and PROPASS.IO is not liable for any disputes arising therefrom.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PROPASS.IO, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your conduct, Content, violation of these Terms of Use, or any infringement of third-party rights.

PROPASS.IO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. PROPASS.IO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE.

Limitation of Liability

Reservation of Rights

Any claim arising out of the use of the Site or its services must be filed within one (1) month after such claim arose, or be forever barred.

You agree not to access this Site for the purpose of obtaining information to be used against PROPASS.IO, its Webmaster, Site Operator, Host, or any person in any manner. You agree not to steal material (including information, snapshots, or source codes).

You agree that PROPASS.IO and third parties may send you emails related to PROPASS.IO's brand and services. You have the opportunity to unsubscribe from marketing emails, but not from essential forum-related communications such as notifications or password reminders.

Rules of Behaviour

You agree to follow all directives of the PROPASS.IO Team and to maintain a polite and respectful tone. Discriminatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable language and conduct are prohibited.

Use of the Forum Search Function

Before posting questions, you agree to use the forum's search function to determine if the issue has been addressed previously.

Deleting Forum Posts

PROPASS.IO reserves the right to delete posts that violate these Terms of Use. Threads may be deleted if they remain unanswered for two (2) weeks.

Bans of Members

PROPASS.IO may ban users who repeatedly violate these rules. Serious offenses may result in an immediate ban without prior notice. PROPASS.IO may also ban users for reasons not explicitly listed.

Accounts

Multi-accounts, account sharing, and the sale of accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban. The sale or gifting of cracked/hacked accounts is not permitted.

Content of Posts, Signatures, or Profile Messages

PROPASS.IO reserves the right to move, revise, or delete any user-generated content at any time. Each user is responsible for their own posts, including text, images, or links. Any content that violates these Terms of Use will be removed.

Forbidden Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Spam (repetitive, meaningless posts), Off-topic posts, Advertising (promotion of other websites, hacks, or forums), Warez (copyright-infringing materials or links), Malware (such as stealers, Trojans, RATs, or other malicious software), and any criminal, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between PROPASS.IO and the User, superseding any prior written or oral communications.

While PROPASS.IO strives to maintain accurate and appropriate content, we are not responsible for user-generated messages, their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. The content reflects the author’s views, not necessarily those of PROPASS.IO.

Any user who views objectionable content is encouraged to report it. PROPASS.IO will take reasonable steps to remove such content if warranted.

By using this Site, you agree not to post knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, or privacy-invading material, or any content that violates applicable law.
