Refund Policy
We have a flexible refund policy. To ensure everything is working, we offer a complimentary 1-hour trial upon request to the administration team. This trial allows you to test everything out before purchasing. By accessing the private forum areas (logging in, downloading content, etc.) after the trial period or without completing a trial, you acknowledge receipt of the full value of your purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance and remain non-refundable for partial or non-use. Any misuse, such as chargebacks or disputes will result in the immediate termination of your access to PROPASS.IO and all of its connected services. We also reserve the right to raise a legal dispute against you.

Refunds for Non-Functionality
Refunds may be considered solely in cases where the subscription fails to provide core functionality after in-depth troubleshooting options with our support team. Refunds are eligible only if the subscription has not been activated due to technical issues and the request is made within three (3) days of purchase. Exchanges for subscriptions of equal or lesser value may be permitted if the original purchase was in error and the subscription is unused. Subscriptions cannot be upgraded or downgraded.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer is not cooperative with our support team. This includes, but is not limited to, refusing to update or reinstall their Windows operating system, refusing to uninstall certain software, and other actions that may hinder our ability to assist and resolve the issue at hand.
Lifetime Subscriptions
Lifetime subscriptions denote the lifetime of the forum/product, not the user. We reserve the right to cancel, discontinue, or terminate subscriptions, including lifetime subscriptions, at any time and for any reason.
